A few notes:

Pre-Visit

By now you should have a great idea of what your hair goals are and the new client booking block you've booked. You should receive a reminder email or a text message within 48 hours of your appointment confirming the date and time. The day BEFORE your appointment, you will receive an APPOINTMENT CUSTOMIZATION form allowing you to choose your treats. This will allow me the opportunity to get to know you a little more and perhaps address any issues that may be sensitive before hand like that summer sunburn on your scalp! Choose your beverage, music, or a personalized moment of spa care!

The Visit

Consultation is everything when getting to know your hairdresser and trying to achieve your goals. We will discuss a thorough hair history, likely review your styling habits, and routine using photos and swatches. I will likely have any inspirations photos already on hand. Be sure to allow ample time to find parking if driving to the community. Construction will be ongoing until 2028 and can cause delays. Free parking exists on Leland after 9am and before 6pm. Metered parking is plentiful on Lawrence, Western, and Lincoln Ave. If you're early, I have extra seating and I am happy to welcome you in! I am usually early too, but delays happen. 

Routine

My philosophy is: The healthiest hair is always the best artistic palette to work with. So expect to hear about a few high quality products and a how-to on how to recreate your look at home. After your visit you can expect to leave with a few samples, a rundown on how to earn rewards, and a tailored email discussing all the products we used and your cart already full at checkout. Pick and choose as you like of course! I have partnered with an award winning brand called R+Co for the best ingredients and style ideas! Post Visit

Be sure to add me to your contact list!!! My customized post-visit haircare plan will remind you of the seasonal products I have recommended at your appointment, quick access links to rebook/shop, a maintenance schedule for your cut and color, reminder emails before you need to rebook, and anonymous guest feedback forms in case I've missed anything! I'll even sometimes include a few treats and surprises for your next visit.
